It was hard to believe he was right here, in front of her. She was a bit star-struck by Rule at first: She is an awesome addition to the series and I hope to see more of her. We also get a new character named Demi who is a teenage girl with Asperger's. I think I could handle a lot more Rule-centric books. Since he is a hunky alpha, I approve this decision. There is not as much Lily in this book, and a whole lotta Rule. Hey, this dog looks exactly like my dog - who also loves the addicting flavor of shoe. The cuteness is the only reason they survive. I think a lot of things are adorable and irritating as hell. And speaking of brownies, the magical brownies made a big appearance in this book. Much like a pan of brownies at my house (the vanished part, I mean).
